People have been my lifelong focus in more ways than one. My career as a Physical Therapist has allowed me to interact in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being of thousands of people to help them return to work or play. The key to successful treatment was establishing that connection, that trust with your patient that goes beyond what I learned in
the classroom.
I’ve also held a camera since my Dad gave me my first Nikon SLR at age 12, sparking a passion that has never waned, capturing images of family and friends as I navigated my teen to young adult years.
I developed a love of Event and Sports Photography in College and pursued freelance Sports photography as a part time business in the ‘80’s. A Physical Therapist by day, for 9 years my evenings were spent photographing one of my great loves, the National Basketball Association, working as a NBA correspondent for Basketball Publications in Italy, Spain and England. I covered a few hundred NBA Regular season and Playoff Games, 5 NBA FINALs, and 4 NBA All Star Weekends, in which I would cover multiple weekend Events. You can visit my NBA Archive here.
I took a hiatus from Photography to start a Private Physical Therapy Practice while continuing to expand my photographic horizons, learning the nuances of the Photo Studio, with emphasis on headshots and portraits .

Events are always FUN! I’m always inspired by the positive energy in an event full of relatives, friends, or colleagues coming together for a common cause, whether educational, social, spiritual, to celebrate milestones (birthdays, quinceaneras, anniversaries, family/class reunions, church functions). Or the biggest Event of a couples’ life next to the birth of their Children, their Wedding Day.
As I continue my Photographic journey, I want to collaborate with you to capture a special moment in time, allow you to be and do you.
